Welcome to CircularKind, an internal charity shop platform that enables employees to donate items and support charitable organizations through a circular economy model.
By using CircularKind, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. How CircularKind Works
CircularKind operates as an internal marketplace where:
- Donors list items they no longer need
- Buyers reserve items and make donations to approved NGOs
- NGOs receive direct donations from buyers
- Items change hands only after proof of donation is provided
3. User Responsibilities
As a Donor:
- You must only list items you legally own and have the right to give away
- Item descriptions must be accurate and honest
- You agree to hand over items only after the buyer provides proof of donation
- You must respond to reservations in a timely manner
As a Buyer:
- You must make genuine donations to the selected NGO
- You must provide proof of donation to the seller
- You agree to collect items within the agreed timeframe
4. Prohibited Items
The following items may not be listed on CircularKind: - Illegal items or substances - Weapons or dangerous materials - Counterfeit or stolen goods - Items that violate company policies - Food items or perishables - Items requiring special licenses
5. Donations
- All donations go directly to approved NGOs
- CircularKind does not process or handle any donations
- Minimum donation amounts are set by item donors
- You are responsible for keeping donation receipts for tax purposes
6. NGO Participation
- Only admin-approved NGOs appear on the platform
- Employees may propose new NGOs for consideration
- CircularKind does not guarantee the legitimacy of NGOs beyond basic verification
7. Privacy
Your use of CircularKind is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
8. Limitation of Liability
CircularKind is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for: - The condition or quality of donated items - Disputes between donors and buyers - The handling of donations by NGOs - Any loss or damage arising from platform use
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
